Meet the Broker and Owner of Realty Associates, a local brokerage with world class service! Rebecca and her team have over 15 years experience and specialize in representation as a buyer’s agent, listing agent, and short-sales. In every transaction, we make sure to display integrity, transparency, hard work, and dedication in all details of your real estate transaction. We have worked on many aspects of the industry representing buyers and sellers and use our experiences to proactively address details before they become a problem. Stephen has a passion for customer service and creating a second to none experience assisting his clients in residential properties, new build properties, multi-family and vacant land sales. With nearly 4 years of experience in the Central Valley, he places a large importance on client relationships and listening to the needs of his clients. He brings his passion for educating his clients on their options to ensure they are making the most out of their real estate transaction. In 2018, Realty Associates grew in size with the hire of a dedicated transaction coordinator, allowing Stephen to spend more time with his clients and make sure they are getting the service that they deserve.
