Stephen was a Godsend! This was my first home purchase and I didn't know anything about the process. Stephen was patient and made sure I understood every step. He was very thorough, checking every detail, keeping me informed and sending all my requests to the seller. Anytime there was a hiccup somewhere in the process he noticed it, brought it to my attention and worked out a solution. His heart is in his work and he keeps your best interest in mind. I was lucky to have him as my agent and would work with him again and recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
